However, their 3-5 day shipping guarantee is a laugh, their over 1,000 dresses in stock is a laugh and on top of all of this their two customer services representatives in their exchange/order support department are a joke. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Two months ago by flower girls for my May wedding ordered all of their dresses at the same time, three different orders and three different sizes. Two of the 3 orders came in and fit properly. Well, here we are 2 weeks before the wedding and my third flower girl has yet to receive her proper dress. It is always damaged and having to ship from the manufactuerer. Then 3 of the 4 orders have been wrong color shipped, wrong size shipped and then the dress was sized incorrectly. We were then told that the dress did not come in a size 7 when on the website it indicates that it does. No supervisor/manager is ever in the store or returns phone calls. Now, we are two weeks before the wedding and after 4 phone calls the dress is supposedly going to ship today and it is going to take 4 days and when we asked about a discount of some type for all of our inconveince they just laughed at us. Then they charged the credit card before shipping the dress and two of the orders got cancelled because the dresses were damaged, but do you think they automatically credited the credit card without us having to call, not. Customers are definately not this companies priority. I am glad to know with their actions that with the economy the way that it has been that this organization is still solid on their feet where customers mean nothing. Definately won’t EVER do business with Pink Princess again.
